Jolly Rogue

Privacy policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

Jolly Rogue is a free game made by Doug Copeland (Websmith), the maker of Reef Runner. It is built to work without knowing anything about you.

What the game collects

Nothing. The Jolly Rogue apps for iPhone, iPad and Android do not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases (the gold in the game is earned by playing and can't be bought), and the apps do not connect to the internet while you play.

What stays on your device

The game remembers a few things, and only on your own device:

They never leave your device. Deleting the app erases them.

Permissions

The apps ask for no permissions: no camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

Children

Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
